Niu Sushi & Ramen

Niu Sushi & Ramen was an excellent dining experience overall. The sashimi really stood out — the cuts were nice and thick, beautifully presented, and incredibly fresh, which made each bite satisfying and flavorful. The quality of the fish was 10/10 The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, making it a great place to enjoy a meal without feeling rushed. One small area for improvement would be better advertising of the all-you-can-eat menu. This was the main reason we came in, but it wasn’t clearly promoted, and we had to ask for it specifically. Additionally, when we did receive the menu, it focused mainly on sushi rolls and didn’t offer much variety beyond that, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the food quality, service, and overall vibe more than made up for it. Despite the minor hiccup, the experience was excellent, and I would absolutely return — especially for that fresh, generously cut sashimi.

I love this place. The tonkotsu ramen was cooked and cooled so that it was aromatic, not burning. They understood my allergies and pointed out all the ingredients used. The soup was a little salty, but it was great with the rice noodles.

We LOVE Niu Sushi. It’s no exaggeration to say we eat here at least once a week, sometimes twice. The servers are kind and attentive, food always comes out fast, and we love the all you can eat. Try the Tonkotsu Ramen or get the Eel Lover roll.

Dined in for lunch on 2/2/26 We were promptly seated, server was inviting and friendly Our order was extra spicy coconut curry ramen with shrimp The broth was delicious and had a decent kick of heat but not enough to make me sweat or anything, shrimp was very tender, veggies were nice and crisp and the noodles were pretty good but the stars were the shrimp, vegetables and the broth Eel lover sushi roll This was also very good, the eel was cooked perfectly, rice was nice and tender, sauce was very good 18 pc sashimi dinner All the fish tasted fresh and clean, nice and tender, very good especially for only 30 dollars We also got smoked salmon sashimi Ala carte and my daughter loved it, so much that I didn't get to try it.

Out of towner stopped in for some sushi. Just look! Look at how beautiful that is! We had salmon, tuna, yellowtail, pepper tuna (excellent and not something I've personally ordered elsewhere), and mackerel. Really good fish. Would be back if I lived here!

This was such an excellent option for lunch. We stopped by after traveling in town. The service was quick and they were very welcoming. We had to make some adjustments because of a food allergy and they were very accommodating. The portions were hearty and the broth was flavorful. Enjoyed it all.

Absolutely amazing sushi and poke! We ordered the Angry Dragon Roll and the Fire Roll, both were packed with flavor and beautifully presented. We also had a poke bowl with spicy shrimp and ahi tuna, and it was outstanding, fresh, vibrant, and delicious. Our server, Sara, was incredibly gracious and sweet, making the experience even more enjoyable. They also offer an all-you-can-eat option, and the best part is that your whole party can still enjoy it even if not everyone participates, which is a huge plus.

I loved it! The little thank you note in my to go order was so sweet and cute. I'll definitely order from here again! The spicy tuna roll is perfect, the sauce for the spring rolls is DELICIOUS, and the tonkotsu broth is creamy and decadent. Great job guysssss!!! :3 no photos because I ate it <3
